Fits 2 cards each card, but can fit more if you are willing to stretch the cardholder - I would rather not. As a huge anime fan - this cardholder just stood out to me and I knew I had to own this beautiful piece. It can hold about 20 bills, and atleast 4 cards (I've had 5 in there for months). I thought the edges wouldn't last but I've been seriously impressed. It's super durable for something that gets so much use.
